Job summary

Amphenol, a global leader in interconnect solutions, seeks a Senior Financial Manager to partner with leadership and drive business performance. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, and strategic analysis to support growth.

This role requires strong accounting expertise, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to lead a finance team, implement best practices, and collaborate across functions on cost reduction and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and financial dashboards to support decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate profitability, cost structures, pricing strategies, and capital investments.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, account reconciliations, and key balance sheet accounts.
• Strengthen and maintain effective internal controls and support audits.
