Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in cost accounting, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP, financial reporting, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems.
• Prepare cost reports, margins, and profitability analyses.
• Lead inventory audits and standard cost updates.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to manage costs.
• Support budgeting and pricing strategy development.
