Capital One is seeking a Chief of Staff for Acquisitions Project Management in a remote-eligible role. You will partner with the LT to shape strategy, drive organizational culture, and implement scalable operations across the leadership team.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project/process management and in influencing strategy, with strong collaboration skills and autonomy to move strategic priorities forward. Remote work is an option, with competitive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience is required.
• At least 4 years in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 4 years building and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: drive forward LT direction and create a cross-functional view of the destination; prepare strategic presentations.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance organizational culture and implement a management system to boost effectiveness; lead associate engagement initiatives.
• Communications: align updates across the organization with the strategy, in collaboration with the comms team.
• Event Architect: coordinate LT meetings, offsite planning, all-hands events, and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead large cross-functional priorities; track metrics, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
