Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: drive LT direction and create a cross-functional view of the destination; articulate the strategy to stakeholders.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance culture and manage organizational effectiveness; lead associate engagement initiatives.
• Communications: align across the organization with updates on strategy and progress with the communications team.
• Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands Events, and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead horizontal priorities; ensure metrics track priorities, outcomes, risks, budgets.
