Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior professional to develop and maintain Corporate Trust client relationships, managing the value of the relationships for the bank.

You will work with business development officers to support new business conversations and implement changes to improve operations across the unit. You will identify risks, mitigate challenges, and drive processes to meet revenue and client service goals, potentially managing staff to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Strong client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients and manage relationship value for the organization.
• Collaborate with business development officers and support new business conversations from existing or prospective clients.
• Identify risks and operational challenges, mitigate risk, and enhance operating systems and processes.
• Coordinate operational changes within the unit and strive to meet revenue, new business, and expense goals.
• May manage or train staff to align with business objectives.
