You will review new client relationships, provide high-quality service, and collaborate with business development to support ongoing growth. The role requires extensive knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments, strong risk mitigation, and effective leadership to guide a team and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments.
• Knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop new business.
• Strong planning, budgeting and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients to maximize value and service quality.
• Review and accept new client relationships according to policy.
• Provide proactive client service aligned with needs and expectations; resolve issues promptly.
• Identify risks and operational challenges and implement mitigation and process improvements.
• Coordinate operational changes within the unit and support new business conversations when needed.
• Potentially supervise, hire and train staff to meet business objectives.
