Job summary

UMB Bank's Corporate Trust group is seeking a Relationship Manager II to serve as the main client contact, delivering exceptional service across a portfolio of institutional accounts. You will support billing, closing transactions, and cash/investment activities while coordinating with legal and compliance teams.

You will review documents, ensure accurate setups, and partner with internal teams to maintain compliant, well-managed client relationships in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate trust or related services.
• Strong ability to review legal documents and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and engage with clients to provide support and resolve requests.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with internal Corporate Trust groups to ensure client accounts are compliant.
