Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for defined areas within the Human Resources function. You will source, screen, interview and extend offers while ensuring compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, OCC and internal standards.

Experience recruiting for retail roles in banking or financial services is preferred. Four years of commensurate experience or two years with an associate degree may meet education requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, scheduling candidates, interviewing and making offers for defined areas of responsibility.
  • Ensures recruiting process meets regulatory guidelines (OFCCP, EEOC, OCC) and supports EEO-1 compliance.
  • Assists in developing diversity programs and candidate sourcing to ensure good faith recruiting efforts.
  • Develops and meets service level agreements with business partners while maintaining a low cost per hire.
  • Prepares management reports to demonstrate recruiting effectiveness.
  • Coordinates best practices of the recruiting process to create a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Provides guidance to HR Partners to ensure standards of talent acquisition processes are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position is based onsite at our Financial Center in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume requisition portfolio and executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and acceptance. Experience recruiting for retail roles, particularly within the banking or financial services industry, is preferred but not required. Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating talent acquisition activities for a defined area of responsibility within the corporation including both geographic and functional areas of responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, scheduling candidates, interviewing and making offers for defined areas of responsibility.

  • Assists the corporation in developing appropriate diversity programs and candidate sourcing to ensure good faith recruiting efforts are being met.
  • Develops and meets service level agreements with business partners while maintaining a low cost per hire.
  • Prepares management reports to demonstrate recruiting effectiveness.
  • Coordinates the best practices of the recruiting process for the corporation and ensures processes and systems align to create a best in class candidate experience.
  • Provides guidance and support to Human Resources Business Partners to ensure corporate standards of the talent acquisition processes are being met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
