This position is based onsite at our Financial Center in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume requisition portfolio and executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and acceptance. Experience recruiting for retail roles, particularly within the banking or financial services industry, is preferred but not required. At First National Bank, we value related, relevant experience and what you've accomplished in your career. For this position, we will accept four (4) years of commensurate experience or two (2) years of commensurate experience with an associate degree in lieu of the education requirement below.
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating talent acquisition activities for a defined area of responsibility within the corporation including both geographic and functional areas of responsibility.
