Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruiting, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes building sourcing strategies and maintaining an active pipeline.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in recruiting.
• One to three years of experience in sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong rapport-building skills by phone.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leadership to define role requirements
• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy for each open role
• Handle all candidates who apply
• Search for passive candidates to maintain a pipeline
• Build sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and networking
• Maintain regular contact with qualified prospects
• Conduct prescreens to confirm basic qualifications
• Screen candidates against role requirements
• Record all candidate activity in the ATS and HRIS
• Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs
