Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and guide best-practice Talent Management within a highly visible, on-site role. You will source, interview, and place candidates, coordinating across enterprise leaders to grow the company with top industry professionals.

This role emphasizes proactive recruiting, candidate screening, and onboarding, with frequent travel to events as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and strong MS Office skills are required.

• Six years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field preferred.
• Proven history of proactive recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to cold-call passive industry professionals and engage talent.

Responsibilities

The Role We Want You For

As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of practices within the Talent Management Recruiting department. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, networking, and managing candidates through every stage of the hiring process. The Corporate Recruiter will be required to proactively identify, attract, and successfully on-board the nation’s top industry professionals. In this role, you will serve as essential personnel and often the first point of contact for potential employees.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
• Proven history of conducting effective proactive recruiting efforts.
• Ability to make cold calls to passive industry professionals
• Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Superior time management skills
• Very high organization and multi-task capability
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Travel to events and college fairs when needed
