Job summary

Food Bank of Central New York is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to expand corporate engagement, manage partnerships, and drive employee engagement within a dynamic nonprofit setting. The role leads volunteer strategy, oversees staff, and partners with cross-functional teams to advance the donor pipeline.

The position reports to the Director of Development and requires building strong relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and volunteers while ensuring high-quality experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in fundraising, volunteer management, or nonprofit leadership are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and steward corporate partnerships through sponsorships, employee giving, volunteerism, and engagement opportunities.
• Introduce corporate volunteers into the donor development pipeline in coordination with Development team.
• Represent Food Bank of Central New York at events, tours, and community outreach.
• Oversee Volunteer Engagement Coordinator and volunteer recognition strategies.
• Ensure high-quality, mission-aligned volunteer experiences and manage the volunteer management system.
