Job summary

Newfields in Indianapolis seeks a Corporate Relations Officer to advance sponsorships and partnerships that support exhibitions and events. You will build and manage a portfolio of up to 100 corporate partners, craft compelling proposals, and facilitate high‑level engagements with executives and directors.

You will work across departments to fulfill sponsor benefits, track activities in donor systems, and help grow corporate giving through strategic outreach and event opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sponsorship Sales & Cause Related Marketing: create dynamic marketing opportunities for corporate partners with benefit packages and recognition to inspire ongoing support.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of up to 100 existing and prospective corporate partners.
• Facilitate connections between leadership and corporate partners through strategic meetings and high‑level engagement.
• Develop cultivation and solicitation strategies to engage funders holistically and increase overall support.
• Research and identify local, national, and international corporate funding prospects and nurture giving pipelines.
