Job summary

Miracle Flights, a national nonprofit ensuring free air travel for seriously ill children, seeks a Director of Corporate Philanthropy to lead strategic partnerships and drive philanthropic revenue.

Based remotely in the U.S. with travel as needed, you will cultivate corporate partners and foundations, develop sponsorship opportunities, and oversee CRM documentation to support Miracle Flights’ mission to connect families with life-changing care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fundraising or nonprofit development.
• Proven track record securing five- and six-figure gifts or sponsorships.
• Experience managing complex donor relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Bloomerang or similar CRM.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects.
• Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate funders.
• Build partnerships with airlines, travel industry organizations, healthcare companies, and more.
• Create sponsorship packages and manage sponsor recognition and fulfillment.
• Track activity and revenue; provide pipeline forecasts and department dashboards.
