Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining corporate formalities, governing entities, and coordinating M&A transactions, venture financings, and stock administration with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with executives, manage data rooms, and draft and file essential governance documents while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate.
• Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support in planning and execution of M&A, venture financings, and stock administration.
• Prepare and maintain records for corporate governance, entity formations and dissolutions.
• Track and complete entity annual reports and business license renewals.
• Coordinate stock certificates and securities filings; manage document workflows.
• Coordinate notarizations, apostilles, and fingerprinting with executive team.
• Own projects and create fast, lightweight workflows to keep the company organized.
