Job summary

Forge Nano is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support our Legal team. You will manage contract administration, maintain corporate records, advance compliance efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters.

You will work closely with the Chief Legal Counsel in a fast-moving tech environment. The role requires proactivity, confidentiality, and a collaborative mindset to improve processes, scale legal operations, and contribute to the company’s growth and success at

Qualifications

• Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years paralegal or legal support experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and legal document management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and track a variety of legal agreements including vendor, customer, NDA, service and amendments.
• Coordinate contract execution and maintain databases, records, and workflows.
• Monitor renewals, deadlines, obligations and compliance requirements.
• Support lifecycle management and processes improvements in the legal department.
• Maintain corporate records, licenses, filings, and governance documentation.
• Assist with board materials, resolutions, minutes and governance documentation.
