Job summary

Notion is seeking a Corporate FP&A professional to own Notion's consolidated financial model, monthly close, and planning system. You will drive the governance of data flows, headcount planning, and operating metrics while collaborating with Accounting, BizTech, People, and Finance partners.

Based in San Francisco, you’ll join a team that emphasizes in-person collaboration on Anchor Days and leverages AI and scalable data workflows to improve reporting accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4, or corporate FP&A/Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally three-statement or consolidated operating models for a recurring-revenue/SaaS business.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena) or rapid fluency with new systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated corporate model and monthly close-to-reporting cadence, linking performance to revenue, headcount and spend drivers.
• Maintain and evolve the planning system, run monthly data loads and scenario snapshots, reconcile P&L and headcount.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, Board, and investors.
• Raise quality and scalability of reporting infrastructure using AI, automation and data workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, BizTech, People, and BP Finance to align source data, mappings and chart of accounts.
