MIFA in Memphis seeks a strategic Development leader to drive corporate and foundation giving, sponsorships, and donor engagement. You will craft and execute a coordinated fundraising plan to meet the organization’s annual $1.2M goal, building lasting partnerships with foundations and corporations across the region.

You will work with the Development team to identify opportunities, draft compelling proposals, manage reporting, and enhance collateral to strengthen MIFA's mission and community

Qualifikationen

• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual goals.
• Identify foundations and corporations with giving potential and research interests.
• Write, submit, and manage grant proposals and interim/final reports.

Aufgaben

• Lead corporate and foundation giving and sponsorship programs to meet a $1.2M target.
• Cultivate and solicit funds; establish long-term partnerships with donors and funders.
• Collaborate with advancement and program staff to align opportunities to MIFA programs.
• Maintain grant calendars, reporting processes, and donor communications.
• Represent MIFA in the community to raise visibility and donor engagement.
