Job summary

AHMC Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to consolidate and analyze financial data across AHMC facilities and corporate entities.

You will oversee reconciliations, supporting internal controls, budget development, and reporting, with emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery. The role requires seven years of accounting/finance experience, a BA in finance or accounting, and proficiency in Excel and TM1.

Qualifications

• Seven years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of government regulations related to the functional area.

Responsibilities

• Upload statistics and trial balances to TM1 reporting system for all AHMC affiliated hospitals.
• Prepare monthly operation report package for each hospital.
• Prepare affiliated hospitals quarterly financials requested by health plans.
• Prepare monthly self-insurance and workers compensation entries for AHMC’s hospitals.
• Summarize monthly AP aging for all AHMC hospitals for loan covenants.
• Prepare DSCR and liquidity test monthly for bank loans.
• Coordinate with hospitals for bank auditor requests twice a year.
• Prepare monthly patient account collection goals for hospitals.
• Submit bi‑weekly federal payroll tax for two hospitals.
• Assist annual submission of 1099s to IRS for all hospitals and home office.
• Handle online banking transfers for hospitals.
• Prepare/submit surveys to US Census Bureau.
• Record and maintain books of two hospitals in QuickBooks.
• Supervise and train the Corporate Final Analyst.
• Other tasks as required.
