Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrials with COGS, inventory, or unit economics is a plus.
• Strong modeling and communication skills with ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Steward FP&A cycles: forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close with variance narratives.
• Translate analysis into leadership-ready narratives and slides for decision-making.
• Assess cost, margin, and unit costs to explain financial performance.
• Collaborate on long-range planning, capital allocation, and project modeling.
• Partner with finance and business teams to improve planning processes.
