Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting or similar analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; understand drivers.
• Ownership, initiative, and problem-solving.
• Curiosity and builder's mindset; AI enthusiasm.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; BI or data visualization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive forecasting and performance management processes, including forecast consolidation, pacing, and variance analysis.
• Develop deep understanding of business drivers and translate into actionable insights.
• Own and improve core financial models for accuracy and scalability.
• Build the financial viewpoint behind numbers and test assumptions.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to develop assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to AOP and long-range planning aligning near-term performance with long-term outlook.
• Create concise reporting for senior leadership and the CFO.
• Leverage automation, AI, and tools to simplify processes and scale work.
• Tackling high-priority analytical and strategic projects across Corporate Finance.
