Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for complex business drivers.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and automation.
• Excellent communication to distill complex data into clear points.
• Experience owning planning, forecasting or recurring processes end-to-end.
• Proactive in understanding why processes exist and how to improve them.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and performance management processes, including consolidation and variance analysis.
• Develop understanding of business drivers and translate insights into financial outlooks.
• Maintain and improve core financial models for decision-making.
• Pressure-test assumptions and shape perspective on outlook changes.
• Collaborate with Business Finance to understand performance and risks.
• Contribute to AOP and long-range planning with actionable outcomes.
• Create concise leadership reports highlighting changes and implications.
• Drive automation and AI use to simplify processes and scale work.
• Lead high-priority analytical projects across Corporate Finance.
