Qualifications

Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Must be licensed with a State Bar Association.
Experience with corporate and finance law matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist partners and senior associates with legal research and drafting contracts.
Prepare reports for client executives on legal implications of proposed policies.
Perform legal research to support corporate clients on various issues.
Lead projects and coordinate with support staff to meet deadlines.
Advise clients and manage relationships and business development.
