Responsibilities

• Handle commercial finance and real estate transactions end-to-end.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, and closing packages.
• Support M&A activity and related corporate matters for clients.
• Collaborate with partners and clients across Georgia and beyond.
