The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, licensed to practice, and coursework in securities regulation, corporations, secured transactions, employment law, and federal income taxation.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Graduate coursework in securities regulation, corporations, secured transactions, employment law, and federal income taxation.
• Licensed with a State Bar Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and senior attorneys with legal research and provide drafts of contracts and other legal documents.
• Prepare reports for client executives on the potential legal ramifications of proposed policies and procedures.
• Lead projects with moderate resource requirements while coordinating with support staff.
• Assist with client relationships and participate in business development activities.
