Job summary

Mac Haik Automotive Group seeks a Corporate Financial Analyst to join a growing Texas automotive network. You will collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support strategic decisions across dealerships and corporate leadership.

You’ll build reports, dashboards, and models to evaluate profitability, expenses, revenue trends, and KPIs, collaborating with controllers, general managers, and IT to drive cost reductions and better forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting, business analytics, or related field.
• DMS knowledge required; CDK/ADP preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience collecting, consolidating, and analyzing large volumes of financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple dealerships and systems.
• Develop standardized financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Analyze financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and operating results.
• Evaluate performance across Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and other departments.
• Prepare financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
