Job summary

Mac Haik Automotive Group is seeking a Corporate Compliance Auditor to strengthen our dealerships through comprehensive audits, risk assessment, and policy enforcement across Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting/finance, 3–5+ years in automotive compliance or internal auditing, and proficiency with MS Office, CDK/ADP, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive dealership operations, compliance, internal auditing, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct comprehensive compliance audits across dealership operations (Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, Accounting).
• Evaluate compliance with federal/state automotive regulations and company policies.
• Review transactions, financing documentation, and records for regulatory compliance.
• Audit F&I practices, including disclosures and refund processing.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Communicate findings to General Managers and corporate management.
• Monitor corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel regularly to dealership locations as required.
