The role requires a four-year degree or seven years of relevant experience, frequent evening/weekend work, and potential statewide overnight travel. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in managing/coordinating events for corporate, employee and community purposes.
• In lieu of a degree, 7 years of related experience in events may be acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Work with internal clients to set goals and outcomes for events.
• Plan and execute corporate and community events meeting budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate vendors and outside agencies for event planning and execution.
• Manage assigned event budgets and allocations.
• Handle event prep, displays, banners and company materials.
• Support communications teams with event-related messaging and confidentiality.
• Procure giveaways and company materials as needed.
