Job summary

Athene is seeking an Event Planner to lead corporate meetings from concept to post-event reporting. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and vendors to craft brand-consistent experiences that strengthen partner and attendee relationships.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, onsite logistics, registration management and post-event analysis, with a focus on efficiency, cost control and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate events or meeting planning experience with end-to-end execution.
• Proficiency with Cvent for registration, engagement and reporting.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Marketing and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for corporate meetings and conferences.
• Own logistics across pre-event, onsite and post-event lifecycle.
• Build and manage Cvent experiences, registrations and reporting.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets and cost optimization.
• Collaborate on meeting collateral and promotional materials.
• Measure meeting effectiveness using data and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
