Job summary

Colorado Technical University (CTU) is seeking a Corporate Engagement Account Manager to serve as the face of CTU’s Education Alliance Center (EAC) within the external corporate marketplace. You will identify, qualify, and secure new B2B opportunities for CTU’s education products for Fortune 1000 accounts.

You will manage client engagements, conduct needs analyses, negotiate pricing, and coordinate internal resources to meet client goals, travel up to 50% and drive strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience in B2B higher education sales.
• History of acquiring Fortune 1000 relationships.
• Formal sales training.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new client opportunities with assigned companies in target market.
• Promote CTU education products and solutions for the prospective company and its employees.
• Negotiate agreements for services, programs, products, and pricing.
• Oversee client engagement to expand relationships through employee communication plans.
• Lead client strategic account planning with mutual performance objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate involvement of internal and external resources to meet client objectives and expectations.
• Drive and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and cater to client needs.
• Diligently maintain strategic internal client database and share information across teams.
