Job summary

Henderson Engineers seeks a Lead Corporate Development Analyst to shape enterprise-level strategic decisions through advanced financial modeling, valuation, and acquisitions analysis. You will own complex models, assess opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations for executive leadership.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external advisors, driving capital allocation and long-range planning in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; 10+ years in financial modeling, valuation and analysis; strong MBA/CFA preferred.
• Proven ability to build and own complex financial models and perform valuation.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated financial models for acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Lead due diligence and deal analysis across transaction lifecycle.
• Present results and recommendations to executive leadership to influence decisions.
