Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking an attorney to join our team. This role blends transactional work, product counseling, compliance and regulatory advising to support foundational technology efforts, new business initiatives, and customer-facing products and services.

You will negotiate deals, advise on regulatory strategies, identify and mitigate legal risks, and develop frameworks that let our builder teams move quickly and confidently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in one state or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders on a broad range of legal and business matters.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across multiple business lines and jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement legal strategies that support business objectives while mitigating risk.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and emerging legal issues.
• Draft and negotiate complex, commercial agreements.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to the development of legal policies, processes, and best practices.
