Amazon Legal is seeking an attorney to join our healthcare compliance team. You will contribute to litigation and regulatory strategies while identifying risks for our healthcare products and services.

The role partners with leadership to implement practical risk controls and supports fast-paced business initiatives. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of post-bar experience, JD, and strong knowledge of U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in at least one state.
• 5+ years of post-bar legal experience.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, confidentiality, accuracy and bias prevention.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalents.
• Ability to use AI for legal research, contract analysis or document review.
• Experience with U.S. healthcare compliance laws and fraud/abuse regulations.
• Knowledge of billing/overpayment rules and controlled substances rules.
• Understanding of patient safety requirements and state board pharmacy/medicine regulations.
• Experience interfacing with government regulators.
