Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an exceptional attorney to support the North American Seller Business & Programs Team in Seattle, WA. You will provide day-to-day legal support, help launch seller programs, and draft/negotiations complex agreements.

Ideal candidates have a JD, bar admission, and 5+ years of experience, with a strong mix of corporate law and in-house exposure. Excellent analytical and communication skills are a must, along with independent judgment and collaborative mindset.

Key job responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams and develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways
• Help business teams launch new programs, products and features for sellers
• Serve as lead counsel in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Resolve issues arising in existing commercial relationships, and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
