Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate law experience focusing on mergers & acquisitions, governance, and securities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to corporate clients on M&A, governance, and securities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and memoranda.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
