Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
• Active Delaware law license preferred.
• Experience in transportation and/or logistics industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to executive leadership.
• Manage contractual disputes and external legal counsel coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
• Implement policies to reduce legal exposure.
