Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Corporate Counsel - Litigation to join our Legal team. This in‑person role is based in Menlo Park, CA or Atlanta, GA and reports to the Director, Assistant General Counsel - Litigation.

You will support disputes lifecycle, advise on contractual provisions, and collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to manage risk and improve processes. The base salary range is disclosed, with bonus and equity eligibility.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one state bar; ability to practice where role is located.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience with substantive litigation experience.
• Familiarity with commercial disputes; bankruptcy exposure a plus.
• Experience handling subpoenas and government inquiries preferred.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Low ego and a can‑do attitude; sense of humor and passion for the work.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage disputes and litigation through their full lifecycle, with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Review and advise on litigation‑related contractual provisions in commercial agreements.
• Manage responses to subpoenas, garnishments, and government/investigative requests.
• Advise on litigation risks and propose practical, business‑oriented solutions.
• Assist with bankruptcy‑related matters and related matters.
• Develop scalable processes and playbooks for litigation management.
