Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an attorney to join its Legal team as Corporate Counsel - Litigation in Atlanta, GA. You will support disputes, advise on litigation risk, and help build scalable processes for the litigation function. This is an in-person role; Menlo Park, CA or Atlanta, GA.

The role requires a JD, bar admission, and at least 3 years of litigation experience. You will partner with outside counsel and internal teams to deliver practical, business-friendly solutions in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one state; ability to practice in the posting jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience with substantive litigation experience.
• Familiarity with commercial disputes and contractual dispute resolution provisions; exposure to bankruptcy matters is a plus.
• Experience managing or supporting responses to subpoenas and government inquiries preferred.
• Ability to explain complicated legal concepts in plain language.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Low ego and an attitude that no project is too big or too small.
• Sense of humor and genuine passion for the work.

Responsibilities

• Support disputes and litigation matters across their full lifecycle, from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Review and advise on litigation-related contractual provisions in commercial agreements.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, garnishments, domestic relations orders, and government and law enforcement inquiries.
• Advise on litigation risks to business stakeholders and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Assist with bankruptcy-related matters and internal investigations.
• Partner with outside counsel on discovery and litigation strategy.
• Develop scalable processes and templates for consistent litigation management.
