Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Licensed in Ohio or eligible to become licensed in Ohio.
5-7 years of relevant experience in law firm or in-house.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate domestic and foreign agreements, including SaaS and technology licenses.
Support corporate compliance policies, governance documents, bylaws, and resolutions.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations; advise on regulatory impact.
Identify and escalate legal risks; propose remediation strategies.
Coordinate with outside counsel and manage outsourced legal work.
Provide cross-functional legal services for enterprise-wide needs.
