Job summary

AutoBidMaster is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Portland, Oregon to manage legal risk and align legal strategy with business goals. The role covers contract negotiation, compliance, governance, and advice across marketing, privacy, and employment matters.

The candidate will work with international offices and partners, handle disputes, and coordinate with outside counsel as needed. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to a state bar.
• Five+ years as a licensed attorney, in-house preferred.
• Experience with international offices, clients, and entities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee corporate legal strategy and compliance.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and licenses.
• Educate teams on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Provide legal support for marketing, privacy, and risk management.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and outside counsel as needed.
• Support corporate governance, licensing, and entity formation.
