AutoZone is seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide legal counsel on commercial business transactions, including structuring and negotiating complex agreements across multiple business units. The role also involves advising on compliance, training partners, and offering pragmatic business-focused legal solutions.

The attorney will partner with E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations, reviewing marketing materials and ensuring alignment with regulations, while maintaining strong

Competenze

• Juris Doctor required with at least 3 years of legal experience.
• Experience in general contracting and negotiating.
• Familiar with contract negotiation, marketing/advertising principles and regulations, and state privacy laws.
• Must be comfortable using the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or another state with the ability to obtain in-house counsel certification.

Mansioni

• Structure, draft and negotiate a wide variety of complex agreements for various business units and identify risks.
• Review and approve marketing materials, including emails, signage, and flyers.
• Interface with vendors and their counsel.
• Consult with internal clients to understand business needs.
• Serve as primary legal partner to E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations units.
