AutoCamp seeks an experienced Legal Services Counsel (Hourly) to support the company’s legal and business priorities on an as-needed basis. This role provides practical legal advice, strong drafting, and effective negotiation to advance real estate and corporate matters.

The position is hourly with no guaranteed hours; assignments are directed by the CEO. Requires a J.D. or equivalent and extensive experience in corporate real estate and contract work.

Formación

• J.D. or equivalent from an accredited institution and licensed to practice in at least one US state.
• 20+ years experience in a company’s legal function or leading legal work.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on real estate acquisitions and related agreements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business acumen to balance protections and business objectives.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex legal issues pragmatically.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents with risk analysis and practical solutions.
• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase agreements, LOIs, due diligence provisions, and closing documents.
• Support real estate acquisitions including due diligence, title/survey review, and coordination with outside counsel.
• Provide clear recommendations on material terms, remedies, indemnities, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with CEO and outside counsel as needed and manage confidentiality and records.
• Perform other duties requested by the CEO as needed.
