Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school, licensed to practice law in at least one state
- Experience counseling business leaders on commercial matters, contract negotiations, procurement, real estate, and corporate policies
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and provide practical legal guidance on a broad range of legal and compliance matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, confidentiality, service agreements)
- Support corporate governance, policies, and training initiatives
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-aligned solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Safety, IT, and Supply Chain
