Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 10+ years in public or corporate accounting with progression.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail.
• ERP systems experience; PDI Enterprise preferred.
• Experience with commodity accounting, derivatives and hedge accounting preferred.
• Experience in inventory-intensive industries.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience with acquisitions and post-close integration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting and shared services functions.
• Oversee monthly close and consolidation.
• Direct shared services accounting activities.
• Manage annual audit and financial statements.
• Implement internal controls and asset protection.
• Drive process improvements and training.
• Develop accounting process roadmaps.
• Provide leadership on accounting policy.
• Manage bank accounts and treasury services.
• Support M&A activities and post-acquisition integration.
• Oversee goodwill valuation.
• Mentor and engage accounting teams.
• Report to the CFO.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
