Job summary

FBG Services is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, finance, and tax operations for the holding company and operating businesses. This leadership role includes hands-on work and supervision of the FBGS accounting team.

The Controller collaborates with operating leaders, external auditors, and family-office representatives, and may support acquisitions and post‑close integration as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressive accounting experience including leading a corporate accounting function.
• Experience with monthly and annual close, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation for holding company and operating businesses.
• Prepare or oversee board reporting and shareholder communications.
• Oversee internal controls and tax compliance activities.
