Job summary

Neil Jesani Advisors, Inc. seeks a Corporate Financial Controller to lead the accounting function across all NJA entities, including close, consolidation, and financial reporting.

The role reports to the CFO and is based on-site in Sunrise, Florida, guiding policy creation, controls, and a scalable accounting infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10+ years in accounting leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ERP implementation experience to support growth and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual close, consolidation, and US GAAP reporting.
• Hands-on leadership of at least one major ERP implementation or finance transformation.
• Experience building scalable accounting functions during rapid growth or acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own the close, consolidation, and reporting across multiple NJA entities.
• Lead SOX readiness and internal control improvements for the enterprise.
• Manage external audit and coordinate with tax and financial reporting stakeholders.
• Drive ERP evaluation, selection, and end-to-end implementation.
• Mentor and develop accounting teams across GL, AP, AR, payroll, and billing.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
