Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, multi-entity consolidation.
• Public accounting experience and CPA/CMA preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Dynamics and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily accounting operations across multiple entities.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, consolidations, and eliminations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Administer Intuit Enterprise Suite and control data integrity.
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with executives to drive growth and efficiency.
• Mentor accounting staff and promote continuous improvement.
