You will partner with executives, strengthen internal controls, mentor staff, and ensure GAAP compliance while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and audits across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to manage processes, people, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
