Job summary

So Good So You, Minnesota-based rapidly growing functional beverages brand, seeks a Corporate Controller to own accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting. You will lead month-end close, strengthen internal controls, and partner with executives to scale operations.

You'll oversee external audits, ERP enhancements, and finance automation while guiding a hands-on accounting team. A strategic, process-minded leader who can balance detail with big-picture decisions will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial systems integration.
• Excellent analytical, judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Experience with external audits and tax compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to implement scalable accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting and financial reporting function with strong internal controls.
• Lead general ledger, AP/AR, treasury, fixed assets, inventory, cost accounting, and payroll.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close per U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and reporting processes.
• Lead the annual audit and manage external relationships.
• Collaborate with CFO on treasury, liquidity, and financing activities.
• Oversee inventory and manufacturing accounting and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve data quality.
• Lead ERP enhancements and finance automation initiatives.
• Partner with Operations and other functions to improve working capital.
• Mentor and lead the accounting team; set high standards.
