Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA license.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
• Deep U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting expertise.
• Strong research and application of complex accounting standards.
• Proven team leadership and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multi-entity structures.
• Lead technical accounting positions, policies, and memoranda.
• Manage financial reporting and consolidation across systems.
• Oversee Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings and future proxy work with Legal.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax provisions and disclosures.
• Drive scalable processes and automation for efficiency and controls.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align policies and objectives.
• Lead accounting for mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition reporting.
• Mentor teams and foster accountability and continuous learning.
