Job summary

Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller in Minnesota to provide strategic leadership across a complex accounting organization. This role will oversee corporate accounting, operational accounting, and accounts receivable while ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, with 10+ years of progressive experience. The position offers a salary between $160,000 and $210,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least five years of leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading accounting operations across multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or government reimbursement processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop accounting leadership teams.
• Ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights supporting strategic planning.
